Previously, he served as the labor director and human resources executive at AUDI AG. Matthäus Wilga, MSc is pursuing his doctorate in the field of Information Systems at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) and is a research collaborator at the Cambridge Service Alliance at the University of Cambridge, focusing on the role of AI agents in service interactions and their impact on value creation and human well-being. Michael Whittall, PhD serves as Trade Union Secretary at IG Metall. Prior to this, he spent many years researching and teaching in the field of industrial relations.
