Dr. Shalie Malik is a professor in the Department of Zoology at the University of Lucknow and the Director of the Dr. Giri Lal Gupta Institute of Public Health and Public Affairs at the University of Lucknow, Lucknow, India. She has been a visiting scientist at Alabama State University, USA (2023, 2018) and is a recipient of the UGC Raman Fellowship, allowing her to work at Alabama State University, AL, USA. She has published over seventy papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals and has delivered numerous lectures at national and international conferences. Her research interests focus on how daily light, altered night environments, food availability, temperature, and social factors influence daily and seasonal behaviors, regulated by endogenous clocks. Currently, her lab investigates the ecological impacts of artificial night lighting and anthropogenic noise on avian behavior and physiology and the Life style patterns and biological clock mediated functions in human.
Dr. Varun Chhachhar is currently an associate professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of Lucknow and the Directorof the Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma Institute of Democracy, University of Lucknow, Lucknow, India. Dr. Chhachhar has published several papers in peer-reviewed national and international journals and has edited over six books, including titles such as "Right to Information and Right to Food," "Competition Law," and "Law and Governance." He has delivered numerous lectures at various Government and National Law Universities across India. Dr. Chhachhar is a speaker on RTI to various public institutions across India, providing training for PIOs (Public Information Officers) in these institutions.
Dr. Manoj K Mishra is currently a professor at the Department of Biological Sciences and the founding Director of the cancer biology research and training program and the freshman biology program at Alabama State University, Montgomery, USA. Dr. Mishra also holds a secondary appointment at the Division of Molecular and Cellular Pathology within the Department of Pathology, School of Medicine at the University of Alabama, Alabama, USA. He works on several National Institutes of Health (NIH) study sections and is the editorial board member of scientific peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Mishra's research focuses on broader areas of immunology, tumor biology, and health disparity, using prostate cancer as a model system. Dr. Mishra received several awards and recognition for his teaching and research. He was selected amongst the top 25 professors from mid-sized universities in the USA and received outstanding achievement awards from the Society of American Asian Scientists in Cancer Research (SAASCR).
