Rosmawani Che Hashim is an associate professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Universiti Malaya (UM). Her areas of expertise are commercial law and banking law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree in 1992 and a Bachelor of Shariah Law (Hons) degree in 1993 from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Following her bachelor’s degree, she obtained her master’s in international Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, the UK, in 1995. She holds her Ph.D. in Islamic Banking and Finance Law at the International Islamic Banking and Finance Institute (IIiBF) at IIUM. Currently, she is teaching Commercial Law and Legal Aspects of Banking Law at the Faculty of Business and Economics (FBE). Apart from her considerable teaching experience and administration posts, she is active in literary pursuits.  Sharmila Jayasingam received her MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Science Malaysia in the field of Management. She is currently an associate professor in leadership and organizational behaviour at the Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya. Prior to joining Universiti Malaya, she was teaching courses such as management, leadership, and knowledge management at the Universiti Tenaga Nasional and Multimedia University. Her research is interdisciplinary and addresses knowledge management issues, leadership, and organizational behavior. Her current interest includes the influence of social media on leadership effectiveness, happiness, and well-being at the workplace. She has written several journal articles which have been published in Journal of Knowledge Management, Current Psychology, Knowledge Management Research and Practice, Industrial Management and Data Systems, International Journal of Human Resources Management, Management Research, Studies in Higher Education, and many other outlets. Norizah Mohd Mustamil currently serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Policy and Business Strategy within the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Malaya. She earned her MBA from the University of Malaya and completed her DBA at Curtin University in Western Australia. Norizah's research spans interdisciplinary domains, with a primary focus on ethical considerations in business practices and human resource management. She is particularly interested in exploring behavioural models within organizations. Norizah has made significant contributions to various publications, including books, chapters, and articles. Raida Abu Bakar is an associate professor at the Department of Management and Marketing, Universiti Malaya. Her area of research interest is organizational behaviour/work psychology with a specific focus on work engagement, work-home conflict, and employee well-being/happiness. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University, USA, an MBA from Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, and Ph.D. from RMIT University, Australia. Safiah Omar is a senior lecturer at the Department of Management and Marketing, Faculty of Business and Management and Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. Safiah is an academician in Organizational Behaviour studies area. Her research focuses primarily on workplace well-being, employee development, training and development, positive psychology at the workplace, and any other behavioural related studies in organizations. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Sunderland, UK, MBA and PhD from the Universiti Teknologi MARA. She has eight years of experience in training, consultancy, and research projects.
