None of the available books have presented a real-world situation of Dental Oncology and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics. This assumes importance in our country wherein the disease presentation is different, cancer treatment is more extensive, and thus the prosthodontic care required, is more challenging and demanding. Apart from the vast socioeconomic difference between patients, the availability of certain materials and techniques is different, which is covered in this book.
